A Trip to Brighton

This Saturday we visited Brighton and walked along the marina. The contrast between the luxury yachts with prize tags of £60,000 to £260,000 and the small fleet of hard working fishing boats was fascinating. On one hand you had the pristine, white shiny boats, full of the latest gadgets; floating playgrounds for the rich, and on the other was someones lifeline - small, colourful, well used and probably providing small income.

Our garden is really coming into bloom now and there are lots of bright blue forget-me-nots, one of my favourite flowers.
